Position: Project Engineer Manager Classification: Exempt

B+T Group is seeking a Project Engineer Manager for its Tulsa, Oklahoma office.
The Project Engineer Manager is responsible for the engineering workflow across the department; assigns project work to Engineers; communicates priorities and deadlines for projects and work assignments; supervises the work of 2 (two) Projects Engineers to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures; provides support and guidance in addressing complex engineering and customer service problems and reports issues or concerns to Director of Production; facilitates project-relevant client communications and ensures that client requests and questions are responded to in a timely, professional manner; meets regularly with Engineers to discuss performance, identify developmental needs, and foster employee engagement; ensures that Engineers are receiving proper training; provides guidance for associated personnel actions, including hiring and compensations recommendations to the Director of Production; provides support and assistance to company employees seeking information about the Tower Group’s services and processes, and promotes internal and external customer service, communication, and education across company departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Civil Engineering; twelve (12) months of civil engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
or active pursuit of PE.
