Supervisor: Director of Marketing                Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting corporate marketing initiatives and managing the corporate proposal process.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

  1. Proposal Management
    1. RFP Process Management – Drives the proposal process by receiving and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assigning proposal-related tasks to organizational leaders, compiling information to create proposals, submitting proposals, and relaying notices of awards/loses to appropriate personnel
    2. Data Entry & Maintenance – Enters and maintains RFP data, submitted proposals, and awards/losses within the corporate ERP system and file network
    3. RFP & Pricing Analysis – Analyzes data on awards/losses from RFPs and submitted prices for specific services, and reports on analyses to sales and management
  2. Marketing Support
    1. Brand Promotion – Maintains the corporate website, actively posts from corporate social media accounts, generates content and orders, tracks, and distributes promotional supplies in order to promote brand visibility
    2. Public Relations Support – Writes and distributes press releases and assists with the planning and execution of marketing efforts at industry events
    3. Corporate Event Support – Assists with the planning, preparation, and execution of company sponsored events
  3. Inside Sales
    1. Inside Sales Support – Solicits customer feedback and inside sales appointments, assists with appointment scheduling, tracks appointments, and assess lead conversion
  4. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

  • Technical Knowledge – Understanding of marketing, CRM systems, Content Management Systems (i.e. Word Press) and social media best practices
  • Communication Skills – Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver effective messages, announcements, and presentations to all levels of the company, vendors, clients, and news outlets
  • Time Management – Exceptionally skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Analytical Skills – Adept at analyzing data trends, specifically with pricing data
  • Interpersonal Skills – Poised and professional in appearance and manner with an upbeat, outgoing personality
  • Computer Skills – Proficiency in the use of personal computers for creative, presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, and for conducting online research

Equivalent Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing role required
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a marketing role preferred
  • Experience with a creative software platform (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) preferred
