Today, with a nationwide presence and licenses in all 50 states, we’ve expanded our services to include not only the wireless industry but also fiber, oil & gas, and building structural services. We provide turnkey solutions for Engineering, Site Development, Project Management and Field Services across a variety of industries.

Chad Tuttle
CEO
Chad Tuttle founded B+T Group in 2000 primarily as a structural engineering firm assessing towers. Since then, Chad has grown B+T into a full-service development and field services company. Today, they serve all major carriers and tower owners all over the United States. With nearly 200 US employees and a partner in India, B+T works on more than 40,000 sites per year.
In addition to traditional services like A&E and tower modification construction, Chad has pioneered photogrammetry with B+T Group’s patent pending software as a service Site360. In 2023, Chad received a patent for his work on the innovative SiteView that is part of the Site360 system. With this technology, B+T has already mapped and audited thousands of towers, rooftops and antenna mounts both from the ground and with a drone. Customers are eliminating redundant site visits and better marketing their assets using the secure Site360 portal.
Chad is a licensed engineer in 42 states, serves on the board for Arkansas/Oklahoma Wireless Association, Association of Civil Engineers and TIA committee for structural analyses.
Jeff McCowan
CFO
With a stellar career spanning over three decades, Jeff is a versatile professional renowned for driving organizational success through strategic financial oversight. With a diverse skill set, homed in the airline and manufacturing sectors, Jeff boasts transferable skills applicable to global entities.
As the current CFO at B+T Group, Jeff has streamlined financial processes, improved reporting, and executed cost reduction strategies. Jeff has held key roles at Airgas, Global Power Equipment Group, and American Airlines, showcasing exemplary leadership and communication skills.
Jeff possesses a strong academic foundation, complementing his extensive professional experience. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tulsa and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
Peter Smith
Vice President of Engineering
Peter Smith, P.E., was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2016 and leads Production Services for the company, including Civil and Structural Engineering services as well as all Site360 production services. In his role, Smith has streamlined the engineering team and implemented metrics for margin improvements and sustained customer satisfaction. Smith also engaged our India team, Indevor in new, innovative ways to further improve efficiencies.
Smith joined B+T Group in 2008 and spent time leading the Structural Services team as well as starting a DAS/Small Cell division. Peter graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in architectural engineering and has more than 18 years of experience in structural engineering.
Leigh Anne Self
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tenure: Joined April 2014
Leigh Anne Self is responsible for handling and controlling all business development strategies as well as retaining the brand image of the company. Upon joining the company in 2014, Self elevated the B+T Group brand to position the company as a Tier 1 services provider to top industry companies building off of the strong industry brand. In her current role, Self also manages the Site360 user experience including the portal as well as the Project Management teams.
Prior to joining B+T Group in 2014, Self led marketing, executive recruiting, and brand strategy and management efforts for local, regional, and national brands at a variety of firms. Self earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University.
Lori McNulty
Director of Human Resources
Lori is a seasoned Director of Human Resources with over 25 years of experience, including working with Fortune 500 companies, in navigating the dynamic landscape of corporate environments. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Kansas.
During her time at B+T Group, Lori has professionalized the role of HR in the organization while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures and driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives. Some of her key accomplishments include a quarterly employee award decided on by peer nominations; implementing job ladders and annual performance reviews and working closely with the field services team to create processes for the high turnover tower technician team.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. A strategic mindset, coupled with a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, has enabled her to effectively flex as needed to meet the needs and navigate complex challenges for B+T.
