Our Approach
From the inception of the Texas CRAN Program, our strategy was to insource as much as possible to maintain control and efficiency. A key element of this approach was the acquisition of our own locator equipment, allowing us to avoid dependency on third parties and expedite the process by performing checks independently, including private areas when necessary.
Our team is notably versatile, with members cross-trained to handle multiple aspects of the project. This adaptability ensures that the project continually progresses without unnecessary handoffs to other vendors. Furthermore, we have built strong relationships with local jurisdictions and maintained a robust local presence. This local engagement has been crucial for enforcing codes, ensuring safety, and meeting quality and efficiency expectations.
A significant component of our strategy involved establishing dedicated pole setting teams in collaboration with major power providers in Texas and Oklahoma. These teams have been instrumental in executing power make-ready projects, mid-span pole installations, and new node builds within power provider easements.

One of our most significant accomplishments in the Texas CRAN Program has been the successful deployment and activation of over 1,000 nodes, demonstrating our capacity to scale efficiently.
